After further refinements to our recipe, and being lagered for nearly 2 months, we bring you our third pilsner. We chose a name to honor our first street address, Henry St! It pours with a dense white head and pale golden color and has soft floral and crushed biscuit aroma. The flavor is elegant and crispy with an earthy grassiness and extremely clean finish with just a pleasant bitterness to round it out.
