A wild and fun wine made from free-run juice pressed from de-stemmed grapes left to soak and ferment for one month in a ceramic egg. At bottling, the wine is blended with barrel fermented pinot gris and pinot blanc. This is an orange wine that is a bunch of fun to drink. Check it out with an open mind.
